      AW Crewing 11.5% pay offer accepted by Nautilus members onboard Cefas Endeavour

      Nautilus International Members employed by AW Crewing Services Ltd serving onboard Cefas Endeavour have accepted an improved pay offer of 11.5% over two years, with 6.5% payable from 1 April 2023 and an additional minimum increase of 5% payable from 1 April 2024, plus changes to terms and conditions regarding crew change.

      Nautilus strategic organiser Jennifer McKechnie said: 'I would like to thank those members who took part in the consultation and provided feedback on the offer.  I would also like to thank your liaison officer Paul Horton for his hard work in ensuring your views were fully represented when in discussion with the company.'
