Nautilus members employed by Foreland Shipping (Guernsey) Limited will receive a salary increase of 8% from 1 January 2024.
The salary increase is in accordance with a pay deal negotiated in 2021, when members voted to accept the company's offer for the period 2021 to 2024 inclusive, based on the AWE (KAC3) escalator confirmed September figure with a guaranteed minimum annual floor of 1%. As published by the Office for National Statistics, The EARN01 AWE (KAC3) escalator for September 2023 is 8%.
The next pay review will be on 1 January 2025.
