Nautilus International general secretary Mark Dickinson has secured re-election to the general council of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) for a fourteenth year.
Mr Dickinson was voted back onto the council at the 2022 TUC Congress. He will occupy one of the seven seats reserved for smaller specialist unions with fewer than 30,000 members.
TUC policy is set by the Congress each year, but between these events responsibility lies with the general council. Mr Dickinson will continue to ensure that maritime matters remain high on the agenda during his term in office.
